Effective June 4, 2026. Digital products, delivered instantly  and what to do if something goes wrong.
The short version: BellPath products are digital and delivered to you immediately, so as a rule all sales are final. But if something went wrong — you didn’t get your file, it won’t open, or you were charged twice — email us and we’ll make it right.
Every BellPath tool is a one-time digital purchase that you download right after checkout. Because you receive the full product immediately and can keep it, we generally cannot offer refunds simply for change of mind once a product has been delivered.
We want you to actually be able to use what you paid for. Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll resolve it — including a refund where appropriate — if:
Email darrell@bellpathbydsb.com from the address you used at checkout. Include your order reference or the email receipt, the product name, and a short note about what happened. We typically reply within a couple of business days.
If you see a problem, please email us first — we can almost always sort it out faster than a card dispute, and we genuinely want to help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
BellPath tools are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge to refund.
